Caroline H. Womack

Caroline Womack joined Capitol Partners in September 2014 after working ten years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia. Caroline is an authority in the healthcare field and has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with legislators and state decision makers on a variety of healthcare issues. Prior to her work at Blue Cross, Caroline was the Regional Director at the American Heart Association in Athens, Ga., and then the Director of Grassroots and Advocacy at the Ga. Hospital Association. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a BS in Political Science and an emphasis in Global Studies. Caroline and her husband, Matt, have two children.
