Wanda C. Segars
Wanda Segars, a native of Athens, Georgia, joined in the earliest stages of this public relations firm, known initially as Thomas M. Boller & Associates, and currently doing business as Capitol Partners Public Affairs Group, Inc. Prior to joining this firm she worked at Georgia Power Company in its Atlanta corporate office. Wanda graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University with a BBA in Marketing in 1989. University honors included the Dean’s Scholarship Key Award, Golden Key Honor Society, and Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Fraternity. Wanda and her husband, Ray, have one child.
